OUR TEAM
CHRIS WRIGHT
Chris holds over 10 years of Investment Management & Asset Management experience, delivering business plans and investor returns across a wide range of asset classes within central London offices, industrial sectors and large-scale retail schemes.
Chris started his development career at St James Group (Berkeley Homes) where he then moved to Aberdeen Asset Management for 4 years of multi-sector portfolio management and development experience, responsible for approximately £700m GDV worth of assets. He then moved to Fabrix Capital, a Private Equity company specialising in value-add London offices, before re-joining Simon at RE Capital. At RE Capital, he was responsible for the implementation of existing asset business plans as well as acquiring and running three new Central London office acquisitions.
In addition to Chris’ expertise in strategic asset management and development, he has a sharp focus on deal sourcing, underwriting and cashflow analysis.
SIMON BANKS
Simon holds over 20 years of Investment Management & Development experience, with a proven track record of delivering performance across numerous asset classes, predominantly within the central London office, regional office and industrial sectors.
Following 2 years at Segro plc and 13 years at Aberdeen Asset Management, Simon headed the UK business at RE Capital (a pan-European, investment, development and asset management company) for 3 years, building the team from 5 to 13 employees and through numerous acquisitions, established a market leading Central London office platform.
He was directly responsible for running RE Capital’s two UK flagship development projects in Clerkenwell and Victoria, which have a combined construction value of £65m.
Simon’s expertise lies in strategic asset management, development and real estate finance. Using an extensive network of industry experts and stakeholders, he has in-depth knowledge of London and south-east sub-markets.
